Les Coltineurs
Honestly, “putting up with” Les Coltineurs is no chore at all… With its green benches and the photos and paintings left behind by a previous owner, this elegant bistro is a favorite among local patrons, who appreciate its traditional, seasonal cuisine. The menu skillfully blends hearty land-based dishes (leeks in vinaigrette, sweetbreads with morels, crispy calf’s head…) and seafood dishes (bluefin tuna tartare, fried calamari, blue lobster with tarragon butter…). A great find!
