Le Diamant rose

Lunch
Dinner

Over fifty years old – and now run by a friendly couple – this cosy restaurant invites its guests to discover the culinary specialities of China. That lunchtime, our taste buds were in for a treat with a fragrant soup of woktons (dumplings) with prawns – a dish from Hong Kong – tender poached chicken from Hainan and a surprising noodle soup with braised beef (cheek), a speciality from Taiwan. To kick off the feast, we’d opted for some melt-in-the-mouth Sichuan aubergines. A real gem!
