It all began with Tom, a strapping Scotsman but, above all, a hunter of hidden gem wines. Today, it is his daughter Margaux who is at the helm of this wine bistro (overseeing the dining room and the wine list), with her partner in the kitchen. Romain sends out beautifully presented dishes to the narrow dining room, where customers and boxes of wine are cheerfully crammed together. The scallops chosen that evening were perfectly pearly. A comforting cuisine, with a rather traditional flavour.
