Gustave Moreau National Museum

The home and studio of the Symbolist painter Gustave Moreau in the Nouvelle Athènes district. It houses his works – hundreds of paintings and drawings – displayed in accordance with the artist’s own curatorial vision. On the first floor is the apartment designed by Gustave Moreau, featuring family mementos; on the second and third floors, separated by an elegant spiral staircase, are the studios designed for large-scale works.
