Au Lapin agile

This Montmartre institution, which is still in business today, opened in the second half of the 19th century. It owes its fame to the singer-songwriter Aristide Bruant, who bought it in 1913 and turned it into a meeting place for artists in the early 20th century (including Pablo Picasso, Max Jacob and Blaise Cendrars).
