Officially, it's not a broth (as are called some restaurant specialized in affordable meals, mostly broth-based). And yet, the prices charged by this Cantine Lourmel might lead you to believe it. In a rather sober, luminous setting, you can enjoy traditional French cuisine (escargots, egg mayonnaise, beef tartare, sausage-purée, floating island...) with no fuss and at very reasonable prices.
