Close to Arts et Métiers, the three Lin brothers have revamped their parents' Chinese canteen to transform it into a contemporary gourmet den dedicated to rice. A great success! We succumb to the "pasta of happiness", rice noodles shaped like cat's tongues; we love bing, glutinous rice cakes filled with braised tofu or Peking duck; we love caramelized chicken flambéed in sake before your very eyes... And we enjoy it all while sipping a homemade cocktail made from... rice alcohol.
