This restaurant is renowned for its breathtaking vol-au-vent - with veal sweetbreads, free-range poultry and spinach - sublimated by a truffled jus. Otherwise, the menu features classic French dishes: terrine, foie gras, calf's head, stuffed cabbage, Parisian flan... A perfectly executed cuisine. Nice selection of wines.
