Brasserie Dubillot

Chronologically, the second restaurant opened by La Nouvelle Garde, which also runs Brasserie Bellanger, near the Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est railway stations, to name but a few. A bright, modern décor, beautifully executed local and seasonal recipes, friendly young staff, and all at reasonable prices. Frankly, it's irresistible.
