Please note that the % sign does not mean “percentage” here; it actually symbolises two coffee beans on their branch. This coffee shop is one of the Parisian branches of the Japanese brand Arabica. Three types of specialty coffee are available – a blend, a single origin and a decaffeinated – to be enjoyed either while window shopping on the fashionable Rue des Francs Bourgeois or sitting in the back room with its sleek, almost clinical design featuring laboratory glassware as decoration.
