Ty Coz

This is a crêperie and oyster bar. Bold, but not shocking, since these are two iconic products from Brittany. It's actually quite clever. For starters, three oysters (from Cancale), followed by a galette, or even a crêpe for those with a hearty appetite (which is our case). The products used come directly from Armorica, just like the owner. That's reassuring. On the plate, the galettes and crêpes we chose are crispy and tasty. And then it was a good idea to replace bread with pieces of galette to accompany the oysters. A real pleasure! Oh yes, “ty coz” in Breton means “old house”.
