Winter Circus

La Caverne du Pont-Neuf
Forty-one years after Christo and his wife Jeanne-Claude wrapped the Pont-Neuf, French artist JR pays tribute to them with "La Caverne du Pont-Neuf". This monumental immersive artwork—a canvas cave—is a temporary reinterpretation of Paris’s oldest bridge. It contrasts “the raw and the wild with the refined elegance of Paris.” You can walk through this cave for free 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, accompanied by music by Thomas Bangalter, one of the two members of the former duo Daft Punk.

Notre-Dame de la Médaille Miraculeuse chapel
An important place of pilgrimage and one of the most visited sites in Paris. In this chapel, built in 1815, the Virgin Mary appeared to Sister Catherine Labouré and asked her to have a medal struck, assuring her that ‘those who wear it will enjoy special protection from the Mother of God’.
